Hong Kong

Nous avons fait 2 séjours à Hong Kong avant et après notre visite du Japon et nous avons beaucoup aimé cette ville monde.

D'abord, le site est extraordinaire : l'île historique avec ses buildings au pied des montagnes, les nouveaux territoires en face.
Ensuite, le sentiment d'un dynamisme et d'une activité débordante, la coexistence de centres commerciaux et de marchés aux étals improbables, de populations très différentes, des échafaudages de bambous qui partent à l'assaut des gratte-ciels et l'impression (non vérifiée) qu'il est possible de s'éloigner du tumulte en rejoignant une des nombreuses îles du territoire.


We stayed twice in Hong Kong before and after visiting Japan and we adored this world city.
First, the site is spectacular: the main island at the bottom of the mountains with the new territories on the other side.
Then, the thrills of the activities and dynamism, huge malls and

amazing local markets, very mixed  populations,  the incredible bamboo scaffoldings to build skyscrapers and the impression it is possible to escape the race by going to one of the many islands of the territory.
