We have been back to
Bangkok one month after our arrival and it is still flooded around.
We found it difficult to understand it as for the last 4 weeks we
nearly did not have any rain. Apparently, it is due to the rains
before, specially in the north and to the topography of the Bangkok
area. They are thinking of building a tunnel 100 km up north to evacuate the water in the future!
